Superhero had grown from a disruptive trading app into a multi product financial platform. But the website was still built for a simpler time. It struggled to explain complexity, guide choice, and support people with very different levels of financial knowledge. For many users, confidence dropped before action began.

We designed Superhero.com.au to act as a guide rather than a funnel. A website that meets people at their level, explains options clearly, and helps them feel smarter the longer they stay. Brand punctuated clarity became the value proposition.

THE EXECUTION

We did not simplify the products. We simplified the decisions.

The website reframes investing, super and managed portfolios as clear UX choices rather than features. Education is built into the experience at the moment of decision. Risk, fees and control are explained when they matter most.

Trust is crafted through UI transparency, visual punctuation, consistency and tone, positioning Superhero as a partner rather than a promoter. A new information architecture ensures the experience stays intuitive as the platform continues to grow.
